Dream Guide
I am a dream worker with a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Studies degree. I have 40 years of experience in journaling dreams and facilitating dream groups. I have conducted workshops at venues such as the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) and The Dream Institute of Northern California, Berkeley (TDI) and am a former Advisory Board Member at TDI. I am versed in the Analytical Psychology approach to dreams through research and personal Jungian dream therapy.
As a Dream Guide, I help individuals better understand the personal and collective messages and guidance contained in their dreams. I create a safe space for clients to share and discuss dreams, either one-on-one or in group. I provide tools and techniques for dream recall and exploration and help individuals to integrate their dream experiences into waking life. My motto is "The dream belongs to the dreamer." As a dream guide, I give people the tools to work with their dreams in ways that enhance personal growth, creativity, and self-awareness.

spiritual guidance mentoring
I am a certified spiritual mentor through my Master of Arts in Transpersonal Studies degree from Atlantic University, Virginia Beach, VA. As a spiritual mentor, I provide guidance and support to individuals seeking deeper understanding and connection with the wisdom of their spiritual path. My work involves helping mentees navigate their spiritual challenges. I offer insights rooted in a broad range of wisdom traditions and encourage mentees to follow inner guidance through the practice self-reflection and mindfulness. My role as a spiritual mentor is to listen actively and provide a safe space for exploration. I may suggest articles and books and practices like meditation, prayer, or journaling to cultivate spiritual development, depending on a mentee’s personal leanings. Ultimately, my role is to help individuals align more closely with their deepest beliefs, find purpose, and develop a sense of peace and fulfillment in their lives.
