Jenna's present focus is writing, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating workshops about subjects such as contemplative journaling, working with dreams, paying attention to synchronicities and other transpersonal experiences as ways to live a more inner-directed, meaningful life. Jenna has published articles and poetry in periodicals such as Coreopsis Journal of Myth and Theater, Venture Inward Magazine, and Mago E-Magazine and is currently writing a book.

Jenna is a Dream Guide

As a Dream Guide, I help individuals explore symbols and imagery and work with them to better understand the personal and collective messages and insights contained in their dreams. I create a safe space for clients to share and discuss their dreams, either one-on-one or in group, which fosters a sense of community and support. I provide tools and techniques for dream recall and exploration and help individuals to integrate their dream experiences into waking life. My expertise in the field of dreams can enhance personal growth, creativity, and self-awareness through a waking understanding of thoughts and feelings contained in the unconscious. 

Spiritual Guidance Mentoring

As a certified spiritual mentor, I provide guidance and support to individuals seeking deeper understanding, growth, and connection with the wisdom of their spiritual path. My work involves helping mentees navigate personal or spiritual challenges. Ultimately, my role is to help individuals align more closely with their personal beliefs, find purpose, and develop a sense of peace and fulfillment in these challenging times.

​I am a writer with a master's degree in transpersonal psychology and a certification in spiritual mentoring. My special interests are dreamwork, synchronicity and the mystery and magic that surround daily life. I am a septuagenarian mother of four grown children and grandmother of six.
